Developing strong client relationships through bespoke, robust and innovate financial planning for individuals and businesses, increasingly operating in the advice field for pension reform for businesses.I will help the client set a defined goal and the annually review our progress towards this goal to ensure that it remains achievable and continues to be relevant to the client's changing personal and financial circumstances over time.

I help individuals and business set financial goals and come up with a tax efficient plan to achieve them. The work I do is mainly focused around long-term goal planning and continuously reviewing these goals and plans to keep them on track over time.I am increasingly becoming involved with helping companies get ready for pension reform and the changes that this will involve. I am also helping companies reduce the costs of their employee benefit packages and come up with cost-effective solutions to providing different benefits to directors.

Ensuring pensions records were up to date, processing opt-outs, new starters and retirements.

Co-ordinating the activities 60 sales advisers including cover, holidays, staffing levels and budgets, ensuring the food hall ran as it should whilst taking on the daily management of the 60 sales advisers in the store.
