I am an enthusiastic, curious and attentive Scrum master, agile project manager and business analyst with an attention to detail, a servant-leader approach and a strong background in both technical and people skills.I have been managing and developing front-end web projects professionally since 2006, and with agile methodologies since 2008. I moved into full-time programme and project management, business analysis and agile coaching roles in 2014.Before all that I worked as a parish priest in the Scottish Episcopal Church in a variety of roles including prison and hospital chaplaincy. I have a passion for productivity and have a gift for helping individuals and teams get the best out of themselves.I enjoy writing and blogging. In 2006 I wrote the third edition of Teach Yourself Mahjong for Hodder Education. I am currently writing my second book: my experience of ten years in the National Youth Choirs of Great Britain.
