Registering new Intermediaries onto our systems, ensuring that background checks on the FCA and against our own information are fully carried out. Also help to ensure all of the data we hold on our Intermediaries is fully up to date

Providing policy and system help to our Intermediary network over the phone as front line support for them

Ordering and distributing supplies to the Call Center, processing customer mortgage applications - checking to ensure all details were correct, all documents had been received and attached to the file. Filing all completed applications and running all archiving for the center on older applications.
