As Managing Director of POSSIBLE in Seattle, I worked with brands to help future proof their business. I was responsible for the overall growth of the agency and ensuring it stayed at the cutting edge of creative technology.

In this board level position I oversaw brand strategy, commercial content creation and multi-channel marketing activation aimed at ensuring the ongoing growth of one of the world’s largest marketing and technology agencies.

In this newly created role I built a highly commercial global brand, marketing and content team responsible for making LBi and its clients famous around the world.

I was responsible for pioneering the use of content marketing strategies to build the LBi brand and showcase the agency’s creative capabilities to its clients around the world. As well as implementing a single brand strategy for LBi in the UK and other key international territories, I also oversaw PR, internal comms and thought-leadership.

As Editor of Marketing I oversaw the editorial direction, commercial growth and digital expansion of the UK's leading weekly business publication for the marketing industry.

As Editor of Revolution I oversaw the day-to-day running, development and strategic direction of the Revolution brand across multiple platforms, including print, online, social and live events. As well as leading a team of multi-media journalists and production staff to create a market-leading editorial product, I also worked closely with Haymarket’s commercial division. In October 2008 I oversaw a root-and-branch relaunch of Revolution and revolutionmagazine.com.
