M&M Contractors provides turnkey telecommunication infrastructures, encompassing civil engineering, construction and fibre optic cabling and testing solutions. As CEO I’ve led a growth strategy that’s seen M&M Contractors evolve from a regional specialist to an international principal contractor, working directly for blue-chip telecommunication clients across the globe including Tibus, BT, Vodafone, Virgin Media, EU Networks, CityFibre and Colt Telecom. I'm now taking things further by utilising our strengths to diversify into the Electrical sector.A recent Principal Contractor project that I'm particularly proud of saw us work for client Hibernia to install the lowest-latency data cable across the Atlantic, linking the UK, RoI, Canada and USA.I'm passionate about ensuring strong communication and spend the majority of my time meeting face-to-face with clients and staff on site to ensure that projects are being delivered to the highest standards. I'm a big believer in continual personal development, and am regularly studying at Dublin City University and with a network of business mentors in order to gain the skills that will take our business to the next level.
