About Gareth Martin

A Talent Acquisition and HR professional with over 28 years’ experience, I have led successful TA functions (both in-house and outsourced RPO environments), implemented strategy, improved services, and reduced TA spend across early career, mid-career, senior hire, contingent and temporary hiring. I also have recent experience as a global HR Business Partner. I have built excellent relationships at all levels, and I bring positivity, enthusiasm, and expertise to my work. After a successful start in recruitment sales, I moved onsite to lead permanent recruitment as part of an RPO at Atos (global IT services leader with 100,000+ employees). In 2004 I transferred into the customer, ultimately progressing to be Head of Talent Acquisition for Northern Europe (15,000 employees). I have also acted as the Head of Talent Acquisition for a global sector, owned and implemented recruitment technology globally, delivered recruitment projects, implemented workforce planning, and delivered TA and HR strategy.
