I'm not your typical bid/proposal professional. I don't want to just complete a bid and move onto the next one. My aim to win every deal put in front of me. I am always learning and pushing my thinking beyond the typical expectations of what bid management is and instead of looking forward to what it should be.I've spent time in a variety of sectors, to understand and learn how to win business no matter the industry. Based on this experience I have developed and tested my bid management system that truly puts the customer first, through intelligence, end-to-end strategic messaging and design. This has led to win rates of 68%+.I'm hugely invested in collaboration and I have had great success in running successful bids without unnecessary overtime while maintaining exceptional quality. I want people to take pride in their work and look forward to the next submission, rather than burning out through mismanagement. I particularly enjoy managing teams as I enjoy helping individuals develop and grow, plus it gives me new insights and opportunities to further my skill-set instead of assuming I know it all.
