 Managed the IT Infrastructure (Network/Server/Telecoms) for the Northern Europe region (NEU) which included 100+ servers located in London and Reading DR Site. Managed and lead 2 Senior Infrastructure Engineers. Ensured servers were running to required SLA’s. Ensured backups were running to appropriate standards. Ensure real-time replication of critical systems to backup disaster recovery site. Ensured 24/7 availability of systems and services for the emergency alarm center. Ensured documentation was accurate and up to date.

 Supported and administered the IT infrastructure within the company. Provided support for various remote sites. PABX maintenance and troubleshooting. Working with Corporate IT team on new projects and any technical upgrades or changes that need to be made. Included travel to remote IntSOS sites in Namibia, Nigeria, Angola and Madagascar to connect sites to MPLS and to carry out varies projects. 24 hour rotational standby for any call center critical issues that may arise after business hours. Promoted to Network and Infrastructure Supervisor supervised 5 other IT Support Administrators in Department. In charge of all call center related configurations and changes using Contact Center 6 Server to create call routing scripts and setting up of IVR messaging on CallPilot IVR system. I was the IT project lead for Johannesburg office during the global rollout of Magellan case management system now used in all major IntlSOS alarm centers around the world.
