Gareth has advised on construction and infrastructure projects in over 20 countries (including Australia, UK, France, Russia, China, Argentina, in Africa and across the Middle East) covering all major sectors including transport infrastructure (airports, roads, rail and water), oil and gas, process plants, power, mining and commercial property.Gareth has acted for owners (public and private), sponsors, financiers, contractors, subcontractors and consultants and has extensive experience preparing, negotiating and reviewing both standard form and bespoke contracts.
