Having been employed within the MRO Industry within multiple business departments throughout the last 25 years I have gained a wealth of experience and knowledge, this has been effective in ensuring all my customers needs are whilst knowledge and expertise has given me insights into customer requirements and markets that I hope to be able to share within my teams, both now and in the future. As Product manager and Sales manager you need to be adaptable to all situations, understand the markets and remain competitive whilst ensuring profitability - as with any sales business. I am extremely customer focused, have an honest approach to business, working within the various business sectors throughout my career has given me an advantage over many - though maybe some would say I'm a master of few, I have encountered all industry sectors and customer types of the corporate business world and have many connections within the industry.Maintaining the integrity and service that all supply chain has come to expect from me over the years to develop a reputation throughout industry, in particular with leading manufacturers.Keeping open communications is vital in todays market and economy. I see communication as the key to ensuring a successful business relationship whether directly or through a team, It is crucial to stay one step ahead. I am a strong believer that a healthy working relationship both with our supply partners and customers ensures a level of trust from all parties, whether purchasing or selling, both demand the same levels of service and respect, I never have "judged a book by its cover" when dealing with people allowing me to be lucky enough to have the support or understanding of who can assist in times of personal uncertainty. I'm a good judge of character with an open mindset and understanding of business needs that helps delivers success, whilst managing development of those who assist daily, those individuals are front line contact and core of business.
