'Delivery' was responsible for the success of our client engagements, client satisfaction and evolving the capability and services that we offered. Driving significant growth across the organisation - ~25% revenue growth YoY, head count increased by ~200 in 2013. P&L owner for projects and delivery centres.Responsible for defining and delivered market leading service offerings that took the company from a yearly turnover of £30m to £60m. Built a team of 700 delivery professionals who successfully delivered to 9 of the top 10 investment banks, across User Experience, Technology and Support services.Member of the Global Executive Board and main board director of Rule Financial companies in Poland and Costa Rica. Rule Financial was one of Britain's fastest growing private technology companies as demonstrated by our listing in The Sunday Times 'Tech Track 100' for three successive years.Rule Financial was sold to GFT Group in June of 2014 and I was a member of the executive board that facilitated the sale.
