My role is to build teams, engage clients and deliver best in class experience design. I am responsible for hiring and developing practitioners in addition to developing the experience design processes in the agency. I lead on engagements with clients to define the brief and scope projects. I also take a hands on role in running workshops and delivering work. I have been involved in pitches and winning new business such as Public Health England, and pushing product innovation, new technologies and trends.CLIENTS & WORKPUBLIC HEALTH ENGLAND BEHAVIOUR CHANGE Bot, Mobile App, WebI led on defining, scoping and delivering retained work over the course of several years. I managed and oversaw the work of my team and client engagements. The core objective of projects was to affect behaviour change to improve societies health and wellbeing. Key projects include a smoking cessation app pilot and Facebook messenger bot.IKEA SMARTER WAYS TO SHOP Service DesignI developed a strategy to communicate IKEA’s shopping services and tools across all of its channels including in store, responsive web, app and catalogue. FORDPASS CONNECTED VEHICLE PRODUCT Mobile AppMy role was to rethink car ownership and mobility based on new attitudes and trends towards travel. Including concepting how FordPass can make car owners and non owners more mobile. I designed an onboarding experience which is being rolled out across Europe.EY BUILDING A BETTER WORKING WORLD WebI designed and developed a content publishing and brand marketing platform totackle the tough questions that businesses are trying to answer. This involved a deep dive into the lives of a C-suite audience and concepting innovative ways to connect with them.
