In this role, I am tasked with helping shift the business to a systems-based company as we transition towards a new era in the company. Throughout this job, I will be writing out and documenting these systems, helping establish a mission, vision, and goals, assist with onboarding documents, evaluate current and future roles that are needed within the company, and many more tasks. This job will greatly help my career development as I transition into a full-time role after graduation.

Manage a handful of outdoor living construction jobs by scheduling and handling sub-contractors, talking with builders, continually checking the status of the jobs, and many other tasks.

Leading the C-Company Crusaders through the 2024-2025 school year as we plan to develop ourselves personally, professionally, physically, and mentally through the experiences we face

Helped lead a 20 person team within the Corps of Cadets in planning ways to further develop members in multiple competencies

Helped lead and develop and small group of freshman as they navigated their way through freshman year in the Corps of Cadets

Developed myself in multiple areas and competencies throughout the year

Worked closely with the Student Minister to coordinate and plan events, teach messages, and engage in discipleship through Oak Hills Church
