In 2013 I was on top. I was leading a team that set records for production, downtime and safety on one of the biggest centrifuge projects in the world and I married the girl of my dreams. However, shortly after our wedding, my world fell apart...The beginning of 2014 started with a burnout that brought me to my knees. Soon after began the onset many mysterious chronic conditions that couldn't be diagnosed.Many timestimes it felt like the end, however it was just the beginning. ⤷The beginning of me pursing health ⤷The beginning of me setting boundaries ⤷The beginning of me seeking balance⤷The beginning of me understanding myselfI applied the gifts that brought me to the top in 2013 and applied them holistically to my life. Passion, curiosity and the refusal to accept the current state of my health as permenant not only changed my life, but has given me a passion to help others who are suffering.This is why I started AlphaWave. I no longer believe that health needs to be a matter of rolling the dice.
