Lead a variety of technology projects through the project life-cycle, including the development of the business case and project charter. Simplify complex subjects and facilitate c-level and senior leaders to make optimum decisions. Key focus on Infrastructure projects, including the build and development of a private cloud and data center consolidation efforts of over one thousand servers and hundreds of applications.

Summary: Lead Design/Build consultant for mission critical projects (Oil & Gas Real-Time Centers, Data Centers, other time & budget sensitive projects). Primarily based in Houston, but worked amongst international teams on multi-month assignments in Africa and the Middle East. Direct manager for 1 -3 project team members at any given time.Role: Manage the customer experience from project conception to close. Refine customer vision and prepare project conceptual design, budget, and schedule. Build consultant design team and act as lead design coordinator amongst multiple design disciplines while managing stage gate approvals and communications to Owner. Manage bidding, procurement, communications, and typical processes throughout construction (submittals, RFI’s, change orders, punch lists, inspections, commissioning, and training). Act as interface coordinator between construction and advanced Audio/Visual components.
