The company operates as an international steel trader, broker, processor and merchant, handling a wide range of steel items including plate, sheet, coil, pipe, wire and structurals.Responsibilities:• Managing KiwiColour and indent trading team with direct report to group CEO.• Variety of team functions including group wide steel procurement, indent and stock sales, processing, administration of warranties, customer service and dispute resolution, new product development and implementation, creation of technical data sheets, brochures, and marketing material.• Responsible for setting, monitoring and achieving team budgets. Organising and running monthly management meetings, answerable for team performance and drive forward.• Organisation of overseas visits to suppliers in Korea, Singapore, Dubai, and Australia. Travelling both independently and with team members. Hosting visits to New Zealand from suppliers from countries such as Korea, China, Taiwan, Australia. Also frequent domestic travel to visit customers.
