With a more comprehensive suite of HCM products, I cross- trained and mentored team members on our LMS product while supporting the North American Account Executive and Account Management teams with primary focus on the Learning Management and Learning Experience SaaS platforms.Business Development Representative — July 2017 - June 2019: With strict adherence to the BANT sales methodology, my team was the first point of contact with prospects.From my prior experience as a Solutions Consultant, I had acquired in-depth technical product knowledge, as well as a deep appreciation for the needs of organizations in our target “high- consequence” verticals. Bringing this previously missing skill set to the lead qualification process, reduced our qualification times by up to a week.
