As an Business Intelligence developer, I have worked on reporting dashboarding for data center and smart City project, I have good understanding of KPI/KRAs of a data center, My analytical and statistical skills are really good. I am very enthusiastic person and have quick learning ability, I am open to explore new domains and new roles where I get to learn and improve my knowledge. During my experience with IBM, I contributed to the development, Testing, and deployment of software solutions for various clients, using COBOL, JCL ,SQL . I also obtained two IBM certifications in financial markets and automation, demonstrating my skills and knowledge in these domains. I have a PGDBM Certificate from NMIMS, with a focus on information technology and service management, where I have learned how to leverage IT to create value and improve performance for organizations. I have a bachelor's degree in business administration and management from Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology, and over 2 years and 3 months of work experience in the IT industry. My goal is to apply my technical and managerial competencies to solve real-world problems and deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.
