In the bustling classrooms of almost ten countries, I discovered my passion for teaching. Over four years, I guided children and youths through social sciences and finance, instilling not just knowledge but a curiosity about the world. One day, while explaining money management to eager children, I realized I was imparting life skills that would shape their futures. This ignited a desire to delve deeper into education and social impact.Preparing for the civil services examination for four rigorous years, I uncovered my inclination towards the social sector and public policy. This led me to esteemed NGOs like CRY and Labhya, where I engaged in fundraising and qualitative research. At CRY, I learned the art of connecting with people through storytelling in fundraising. At Labhya, I delved into qualitative research, uncovering community needs and the impact of educational programs. These experiences revealed the sector's challenges and opportunities, fortifying my resolve to become an instrument of change.Driven by a desire to create innovative solutions, I envisioned programs that could significantly impact children and communities. I saw myself at the intersection of skilling, education, and vocational training. Mentoring became a passion as I guided students on career awareness, employability skills, and life values, aiming to instill in them the right mindset to navigate their futures.As my journey continues, I am eager to explore new opportunities within the social sector, particularly where public policy intersects with education and skilling.
