Coordination and leading of the multi-disciplinary team, composed of hardware and control engineers, involved in the follow up of EPC Contactor activities for subsea system and control system supply;Coordination of multi-disciplinary project team involved in the detail design of offshore pipelines system (including also Subsea System Safety Systems and Fiber Optical Cables);Identification and management of the technical interfaces;Evaluation and negotiating with Contractors of technical & time variations;Preparation of technical ITT Package for Offshore/Onshore Pipelines and Subsea System Procurement, Construction and Installation;Preparation of scoring model for lining-up and evaluation of the offers of pipeline and subsea system EPIC Contractor;Leading of technical clarification meetings with Bidders;Preparation of BID technical recommendation;Support to Company for the Contractual Strategy Definition for detail design, procurement, construction and installation phases;Preparation of technical scope of works and man-hours estimations for the design of offshore/onshore pipelines and subsea structures (FEED and Detail Design Phase).
