Key member of the team that acquired assets of a CMM Level 5 US based organization with revenues 4 times our the-then size. Member of the core team which conducted due diligence. Worked on the debt funding, forex remittance and also the asset purchase documents. Working with the leadership for streamlining and growing existing operations.Additionally heading the complete Asset management piece including Logistics, purchase and Vendor Management for major initiatives of India business such as RSBY, RI and UIDAI (all citizen centric projects with Government of India mandate). Part of the core team which envisaged created execution plan and implemented it. Raised funds for asset acquisition under the UIDAI project. Additional responsibility for complete technical aspects and data management requirements in the UIDAI project. Continue to lead the Contract Management and Review function including all client contracts, people contracts, business partner contracts, bank contracts and any miscellaneous contracts. Also work with the Sales Head in bid preparation with contribution in general marketing, technical, process and commercial aspects of the bid.
