As a product manager he works closely with his customers/business functions to understand the processes & proposes a solution to either improve the current system or implement a new functionality using an IT solution. One of his main responsibility is to find a sweet spot for prioritizing features based on business value, return on investment, technical debt, and resources needed to deliver the feature. Over the last few years he has worked in multiple geographies including Canada, India and USA for clients spread across industries. His focus areas are Record to Report, financial planning, forecasting & budgeting cycle , IFRS accounting standards, revenue recognition, profitability and cost management, financial reporting, data analytics. He has a degree in Bachelors of Technology (IT) and an MBA degree specializing in Finance. He has also studied business in France(Strasbourg) under an exchange program.
