To coordinate all quality related correspondence with the customers representatives.To follow-up of KPI's and improvement of the processes.To determine quality requirements of the machining process while the new shaft manufacturing process installation. To assess the risks for environment, health & safety before installation of the process, to determine the waste elimination and control equipments, to determine quality inspection and control points by taking into account process FMEA results and clarify the control plan for each operations. To conduct the training programme of the quality operators.To upgrade and manage the existing standards of Quality and Environmental Systems such as ISO/ TS 16949:2009, ISO 9001:2008, 14001:2004.To plan and conduct internal system and process audit as a lead auditor in order to monitor the system and process feasibility, ability and capability on the overall plant performance. To identify the special cause of variation in processes depend on eliminating variances in the process, and to monitor and control of them by using SPC, process capability analysis.To monitor process performance and analysis of their key indicators and to lead corrective and improving actions. To manage the new customer product launch project’s quality management activities during project and before / after Start of Production by taking into account customer APQP requirement.To manage Q1 award studies in plant and monitor MSA and MMOG/LE updating.To manage risk assessment of each location and monitor the corrective and improvement actions.To deal with supplier-related problems that come up during the plant’s quality meetings and solve them.To visit the supplier, though there is no obligation to do so systematically, or to audit processes and/or systems.To analyze the risk of all processes together with the associated group (engineering, logistics, packaging, maintenance).
