• Underwriting of New Proposal Application(Non Medical)-Limit of 15lacs
• Processing of Cheques Dishonors & Credit Checking of cheques deposited with Bank on Daily Basis.
• Processing and Managing Service Request/Queries from Internal (Sales team and Advisors/Agent) & External Customer(Walk-in clients)
• Handling Distribution Operations – I st Level Escalations
• Reconciliation of cheques at EOD
