Job Profile: • Opening of Broking, D'Mat and Mutual Fund Account of Client.• Interaction with Equity Advisors and taking care of Securities and Fund Shortage of client• Maintaining Cordial Relationship with Sales Team, ensuring the Sales staff receives the timely service support, righteous guidance in-terms of documentation.• Single point of contact for all Service related queries for entire branch customers.• Processing of DIS(Delivery Instruction Slip),PMS, Mutual Fund etc.• Conducting Internal Audit Checks & Sweep on Monthly basis.• Coordination with Central Operation Team for timely processing of Customer Request.• Maintaining and reviewing the MIS.• Scrutiny of Relationship Form and error free processing within defined TAT.• Heading the team of Service & Filed Executives,discussing the concerns and providing the feedback to staff.• Ensure that the team members receive all required trainings.

Job profile: • Underwriting of New Proposal Application(Non Medical)-Limit of 15lacs• Processing of Cheques Dishonors & Credit Checking of cheques deposited with Bank on Daily Basis. • Processing and Managing Service Request/Queries from Internal (Sales team and Advisors/Agent) & External Customer(Walk-in clients)• Handling Distribution Operations – I st Level Escalations • Reconciliation of cheques at EOD • Handling Value Added Products like Mutual Funds• Preparation of various MIS• Handling a team of 4 deputies,providing them required trainings to ensure error free processing within TAT. • Conducting Audit Checks on Monthly basis. • Taking in-house training of Sales Team(Branch-Level) & Operations Staff
