MA is a cloud-based CRM that fully automates the private lending business for any size of organization: from their document generation, compliance and reporting, to helping manage investor relations. In a nutshell, a complete loan origination and servicing software for private lenders.My responsibilities include-• Help clients to navigate and troubleshoot the product by corresponding via email (Zendesk)and live chat (Intercom).• Primary escalation point for issues and requests.• Developing comprehensive solutions based on requirements discovered and leveraging all capabilities of the Mortgage Automator software for the clients.• Collaborate with Development, Product and Onboarding team and staying up to date with release of new features.• Update and maintain tickets within the service management tools (JIRA).• Take ownership of support incidents and service requests.
