Heading a team of six designers. Work responsibilities include conceptualization of the collection, sample development for 6 collections in a year : 2 Paris ready to wear, 2 Paris couture and 2 Indian couture shows.Collection launch planning of store for the year. This includes runway as well as interim collections.Travel to Paris twice a year for spring summer and fall winter shows since 2014. Work responsibilities include trend research, range development and direct communication/meeting with the stylist, analyzing the trends and designing according to the aesthetics of the brand and also directing/leading the design team to build the finest range. Seamlessly involved in providing strategic design process to improve company visibility in design & innovation to ensure maximum design orders. Overseeing the design ideas/inspiration offered by the designer (Mr. Rahul Mishra), studying the product thoroughly to understand the aesthetics of the brand and ensure designing the best range reflecting the brand image and also presenting the products with strategic marketing.Actively travelled and attended Paris Fashion week Since SS14 with the Designer (Mr. Rahul Mishra). Worked backstage for the same and successfully directed the stylist in understanding the brand aesthetics and value. Collaboratively developed new projects with Senior managers of brands including reliance, Myntra, Holii to ensure best with partner companies thereby negotiating and expanding alliance terms along with technical goals and timelines.
