Participants have reversed chronic diseases (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, PCOS), gained mental peace and found harmony in relationships. TSI is affiliated to the Indian Yoga Association and VYASA University. Its learnings have been documented and shared through 5 books, and at forums such as Association of Coach Training Organizations (ACTO).Its evidence-based interventions at a primary care level are being piloted , at Swasth India Medical Centers, with formal research supported support by Harvard School of Public Health.

As the COO, I led a team of 10 managers, who in turn led 120+ doctors, dentists, clinic assistants, outreach workers and office staff across 17 Health Centers. My role covered multiple verticals – Clinic Operations, Human Resources & Professional Development, Quality Assessment, Supply Chain Management. The learnings from these operations were encoded as a Healthcare-in-a-box format, which enabled Swasth to roll-out of the model to Ahmedabad and expand it's presence in Mumbai.

Over a period of 3 years, I delivered improved performance & productivity across all verticals within Swasth – Supply Chain, HR (Recruitment, Performance Management, Culture), Administration, Professional Development - across 6 distinct staff profiles (Doctors, Clinic Assistants, Dentists, Outreach Workers, Back-end Office Staff). Some of the key results included : (a) SOPs developed and used for Swasth's scale-up from 3 to 17 clinics (b) Supply Chain Streamlining for 99% on-time delivery fulfilment (c) An In-house training Institute established to up-skill women from the community to doctor assistants in 6 months. This training Institute is now being spun off as Swasth's Center of Excellence.

Undertook an extensive outer and inner journey to get free of multiple layers of conditioning, and uncover the real India, the real me

I was fortunate enough to be a part of the core start-up team of 5 staff members during the inception of Teach For India. As the Head of Mumbai operations, I managed a multi-cultural team of 17 staff members, who in turn managed 160 Fellows teaching 5000+ students across over 50 schools in Mumbai.My work spanned across multiple departments – Recruitment, Selection, Training, Impact, HR, IT, Administration and Marketing, and covered a range of roles - creating strategy/policy, leading implementation, hiring & coaching people to take up leadership roles. I also got the opportunity to lead a 2-year School Transformation Project across 20 schools run by the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai.Some of the Key Results delivered during my tenure: (a) 90% partner Principal satisfaction (b) 85% Fellow satisfaction (c) 90%+ Fellow retention (d) successful 3-fold scale up of Mumbai operations in 2 years (d) New City Directors supported for roll-out operations to 3 sites

Served a range of clients (corporates, NGOs, funding organizations, domain experts, government) across issues (organization building, strategy, operations) and sectors (IT services, government, metals, chemicals, social). Selected after the 3 year Business Analyst Program to continue on the management track with the requirement for an MBA waived off. Co-authored 3 Firm-wide knowledge publications. Project Managed a 9 month engagement to support an educational NGO's 4-fold expansion within Mumbai. Co-developed strategy to establish McKinsey India’s social sector office in India; first consultant in the India office to specialize in the Development sector, spending over 2 years in primary education, microfinance, healthcare, ICT, healthcare and police reforms
