Post transition to Melbourne worked alongside business customers, managed full lifecycle development from requirements, KPIs definition, architecture and release schedule for virtual private network and transaction-usage applications.Moved to Sydney for a 8 month project and was heavily involved with the shakedown and testing of a new platform/ application being developed by a third party vendor and deployed into the NAB infrastructure.Led onsite/offshore resources to remediate scalability and removed lower technology barriers to new adviser practices for the Wealth Management sector of the bank. Collaborated with team of analysts, technical leads, and solution architect to plan and drive rollout of a competitive tool that will provide greater efficiency and functionality for our advisers and their practices by implementing change on multiple applications.
