This role is part of the Melrose Commission on Disability, a mayor appointed, citizen's commission in Melrose, Massachusetts.

During my time as Vice Chair, the Commission hosted a few community events including "Taking up Space: Stories around disability" and a panel discussion and presentation of the Commission at Melrose Unitarian Universalist Church. During this time, grant funding was received from the Massachusetts Office on Disability. Our cities first ADA self assessment was conducted and delivered to the Melrose City Council on July 13th 2023.

I have been working to develop artwork and have created the website lifeunderthemask.com. I am a self employed artist. I am also incorporating visual description into my artwork.

I have served on the Melrose Commission on Disability since it's inception in 2020. I was appointed onto the Commission by Mayor Paul Brodeur.

• Lead technical resource for large international Data Center Migration. Responsible for ordering and configuring VM/Azure servers used as part of project.• Prepared and executed implementation and support strategies for large Azure-based platform with multiple environments running SQL PAS and R Server.• Collaborated with cross-functional teams, offshore and junior team members, providing senior-level oversight of complex production issues, input and recommendations on infrastructure solutions for business processes. • Planned and executed physical to VM migration of over 200 PCs.• Provided excellent support services for multiple platforms running on Windows Servers. This included project and steady-state support of large environments including File Clusters, App servers, Web Farm (IIS) and stand-alone platforms.• Managed and executed Disaster Recovery for multiple platforms and serverss.• Part of 24/7 On-call rotation. Involved in identifying, reporting and troubleshooting escalated issues.• Experienced with complex Issue Ticketing and Change Management System (Service Now) to manage and implement system environment changes.

• Provided full range of support for large corporate enterprise consisting of multiple locations with diverse mid-tier applications.• Identified, isolated and resolved both acute and chronic incidents. Follow-up included process improvement leading to incident reduction. • Mentored new Desktop employees and interns; provided training and onboarding. Instructed new technicians on current procedure and policy, as well as involvement with formal training.• Designed and Maintained Group Policy Objects for Windows 7 Desktop environment• Created and Implemented WSUS for Desktop patching.

• Level III Microsoft Exchange administrator. Provided both onsite and field support for large user base through ticketing system. Worked closely with other infrastructure teams (Deskside Services, Lotus Notes Team), to provide support on overlapping problems.• Involved in Exchange to Lotus Notes migration, including nightly mailbox migrations and Blackberry Enterprise Server cut-over.• Backend support for Exchange 5.5/2003, Blackberry Enterprise Server 3.6, Faxination Server 5.0• Provided backend support in Exchange 5.5/2003, Blackberry Enterprise Server 3.6, Faxination Server 5.0;• Identified and troubleshot Level III Email Problems. Work closely with other infrastructure teams (Desk side Services, Lotus Notes Team), to provide support on problems that overlap.

• Supported 70+ users. Member of international IT team.• Created and Maintained Active Directory for Windows 2003.• Lead company transition to new T1 line account switch. Setup VLANs, VPN access on Cisco switches and PIX firewall.

• Technical support for scientific laboratory facility.• Supported 12 servers running Windows 2003, Exchange 2003, SQL Server and Overland tape library running Veritas Backup Exec 9.x.

• Solo administrator providing network, server, PC and all software support and implementation.• Converted environment from Token Ring to Ethernet and Novell 4 to Microsoft NT 4.

• Helpdesk team member, supporting large legal enterprise.• Worked on project migrating from Unix machines to PCs.• Numerous recognitions during tenure.
