During my time there I worked primarily as a line cook, but my other responsibilities included; cashier, manager, dishwasher. I gained valuable skills and knowledge such as; unique pricing strategies, different management techniques and effective forms of communication among different team members.

This job was both physically and mentally demanding. My main responsibilities included; maintaining a clean and safe environment for families to come and enjoy our services, interacting with customers to enhance their experience, and teach customers the tools they would need in order to catch crab. The most valuable skill I gained through this experience was patience.

Work alongside fellow students and adults to create a safe, fun, and educational space for children.
