Partnered with Buoyant, a teleheath organization aiming to guide patients through their migraine journey. Accomplished the following within a 1-month contract as their UX/UI Designer:• Conducted stakeholder and competitive analysis to align MVP with design goals. • Designed an engaging UI for the patient and provider treatment plan portal.• Developed a high-fidelity prototype to showcase during usability testing.• Conducted usability testing to validate user flows. Synthesized findings and re-iterated prototypes for final MVP.

• Conducted user research on end-user EHR functionality that revealed gaps in training workflow and resulted in need for clinical policy guidelines.• Provided EHR functionality recommendations that resulted in the implementation of specific UCERA OB/GYN policy guidelines.• Designed operational and utilization reports via SQL for OB/GYN Division that improved clinical insight into physician productivity and patient scheduling.• Obtained Epic Physician Power User certificate.

- Improved operational insight, creating Crystal Reports via SQL which increased visibility of organizational clinical data by 100%.- Configured, installed, and maintained Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, McKesson Home Healthcare for 20+ clinical mobile clinical staff members.- Created, maintained Electronic Health Record (EHR) training, onboarding new clinical staff, increased productivity for staff on EHR functionality.
