Partnering with VP Finance and FC, compliance, tax and our commercial teams to lead the direction of our financial tech from consumer payments, internal “money movement”, to disbursements to restaurants and riders. Focused the team on Data analysis, Governance/Risk Reduction/Strategy and Financial Modelling.- Grew a standing team of 31 members, from four;- Responsible for the strategy and direction of the team;- Focusing on the commercials - Introduced a new pricing model to reduce revenue leakage/value erosion;- Oversaw Revenue Growth of c. 75% p.a. In the last three years of my tenure. Final Year £14.7m;- Led the development of a new national proposition designed to help our clients understand their data spectrum and maturity – what does it mean for their business and how do they compare to their peers; and- Thought-leadership - Predictive analytics group – who were exploring how we bring this exciting area to our clients more readily and how we prepare staff for such a challenge.Technical Skills- Development of complex financial models incl. forecasting, debt management, cash-flow and covenant/KPI compliance – using SQL/.NET and Excel. Built an end-to-end, financial prediction model to produce all 3 key FSs, highlight funding needs, and highlight covenant breaches. Originally maintained an Excel model to do this; but then extended this to SQL and .NET application

Targeting accounts with particular credit risk and flagging the criteria to be used for their outbound call centres. Additionally performing data analytics upon the contact information of customers, to improve contact rate, efficiency and effectiveness of teams.
