Analyzed operations of two wind power plants and developed program to improve performance of over 160 MW of generating capacity. Presented to senior management which plans to implement immediately.Developed processes to coordinate five departments at 18 locations in the US to reduce numerous redundancies.

Led and managed a variety of organizations focused on operations, training, personnel management, material support, risk management, and crisis response. Three overseas tours to Afghanistan and Iraq. Extensive support and engagement with US Federal institutions, foreign governments, military and civilian personnel, and foreign nationals.Highlights include:Planned and executed battalion operations for a cavalry squadron to secure Salah al-Din province, prepare for provincial elections, and grow the local economy.Assisted over twenty families of deployed soldiers in financial and emotional crisis situations allowing all soldiers to continue supporting operations saving over 5,000 man-hours of labor.Administered a five million dollar budget for maintenance and operations of five aircraft and over three hundred parachute demonstration jumps for U.S. Army recruiting and public relations.Led a short-notice air movement of 3,500 Soldiers and 1,500 tons of supplies to and from Iraq within 14 days of notification allowing the brigade to meet all operational deployment objectives.Led over fifty infantry combat patrols securing supply lines in eastern Afghanistan.
