Change, competition, and relationships. Commercial printing is an industry marred with growing perils as well as difficult decisions, and yet I have been extremely fortunate to develop my analysis driven and process oriented approach to problem solving under this challenging environment as creativity and customer-centricity are the fundamental principles most rewarded. Reflective of my broad academic experience, Haig's Quality Printing has allowed me the latitude to impact multiple areas of the third largest printing facility in the state of Nevada- from financial planning to negotiations and always with an eye towards the future. In the past five years in my role as SVP I have passionately developed specialties in strategy and operational improvement culminating in measurable growth of the company. I work smart and I focus on not only fulfilling my customers' needs but anticipating them before asked by identifying market trends.My goals are to get 1% better at what I do every single day and to always continue learning to find new, innovative ways to engage with problems. In the past year I also ran for my state's Assembly as a candidate for the twenty first district representing southern Las Vegas and I sat on the Board of Directors for the Las Vegas Business Academy- a local non-profit in education. Finally, my favorite hobbies are to read for pleasure and travel with over fifty countries visited already. Let's network!
