Life is a huge project, which can be waterfall-ish at points, but which must be transformed into an Agile approach as time goes by. So you start with a Scrum approach, but complexity is added, as one realises that a scale up is required (spouse & kids), which then becomes an Enterprise approach. One tries to maintain the tight budgets, but over time, one realises budgets need a change, so you move on to a Leaner Budget Guardrail-ing system, allowing the flexibility that the Enterprise requires, considering the Themes and Vision for a successful well-being. And let's not forget about the Backlog; let's release new streams for those features to make a great solution (adopting dogs from a shelter) and from then on, having a Continuous Delivery Pipeline of great times, health whilst pursuing for happy(i)ness and keeping Releasing On-Demand...My name is Geza Andres, and I have gained over 18 years of professional experience in the IT, FinTech and Telecom industries, in diverse roles.
