Happy to introduce FUSE Create, another chapter in a journey that started in January 2003. Over twenty years later, Garo has helped lead the 75+ person independent agency to creative, financial, and organizational success. FUSE Create has won numerous awards including CMA Gold, RSVP Awards, MAA Worldwide GLOBE Awards, Effies and shortlisted at Cannes. FUSE also won Bronze in 2021 as Small Agency of the Year in Canada.He was selected in 2005 as one of Marketing Magazine’s Top 100 Most Influential People in Marketing and is often quoted in marketing trade and Canadian business magazines, the Globe & Mail and National Post.Garo is also proud, along with his original FUSE partners Mike Preston and Stephen Brown, to have founded and/or invested in several other marketing-related businesses, including healthcare marketing agency FUSE Health, sold in 2023.Garo serves on the board of Soles4Souls, a charity that creates opportunity through the distribution of shoes and clothing around the world. He is also very proud to have served as vice-chair of board of the True Patriot Love Foundation, a private sector fundraising initiative in support of families of Canadian soldiers serving both home and abroad. On March 25, 2013, Garo was recognized for his service to Canada and was awarded The Queen's Diamond Jubilee Medal by (former) Leader of the Opposition Erin O'Toole at a ceremony on Parliament Hill in Ottawa.
