Directs an internal chain of command and supervision matrix for all security officers. Holds all supervisors responsible for training and security officer job knowledge. Provides guidance and direction on security issues to the Property Owners Association and Resort General Manager. Develops written plans for hiring security staff and determines personnel assignments and shift level staffing. Coordinates with the Property Owners Association and Resort General Managers and other stakeholders. Conducts liaison with other security and law enforcement associations and security, law enforcement and fire departments.

Central point of contact for the Army contract on Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield. Coordinates new hire orientation using administrative and supervisory experience in military law enforcement operations. Develops training plans and schedules utilizing training aides, graphics, student guides and written tests. Establishes performance evaluations. Reviews internal and external evaluations to access the effectiveness of training. Reports to the corporate office on the status of personnel training. Compiles required reports and briefings on training issues, status and requirements. Conducts training to include new requirements, procedures and range related duties. Severed as Start up Coordinator for Tyndall Air Force Base.
