As a product specialist my role spans multiple functions of Broadridge's SEC 17a-4 compliant enterprise report archival and data mining SaaS solution. The service takes unstructured and semi-structured data in many formats and makes it available for client analysis as part of their critical business workflows while maintaining a secure and compliant regulatory archive of the original information.* SME for the enterprise report and data mining solution with over 20yrs experience maintaining the software, developing solutions, and supporting platforms. Provide top level product and technical support of more than 60 enterprise clients as well as internal sales management teams. Provide technical leadership, documentation, and training to grow knowledgebase among team. Serve as liaison between vendors and technical/development teams to end users and support staff. * Administration and maintenance of the SaaS solution and support of all the technologies used to run the platform. AWS based solution is implemented using Jenkins and Chef solutions to deploy and update the infrastructure and software.* Leading migration of clients from the legacy platform to latest offering of the solution. This update involves moving all client data from a Windows based MS SQL based system to an AWS based solution running on an Aurora PostgreSQL compatible database. Planned and developed the automated ETL solution to move and audit all data and insure integrity of new system. * Offer guidance to management regarding any aspect of the solution ranging from cost analysis, performance tuning, and general roadmap and target state planning.

Responsible for implementation and onsite support of Datawatch Monarch Enterprise data analytics solutions. Projects ranged from installation and migration from legacy platforms of other vendor's software to specialized project work related to data storage, transformation, and analytics. In this role my wide ranging skillset was key in working with clients migrating from any number of vendor software packages or other home grown data archiving and analysis solutions to the Datawatch platform. Projects would involve work spanning hardware/OS installations and setting up MSSQL Server or Oracle databases to support the migration to developing solutions using scripting, java, or visual basic to work with data from the client's archive to support their business.

Responsible for client support of Datawatch's Monarch report mining solution. * Support clients in creating templates and models to extract data from static reports and export into an actionable format. * Assist clients in setting up data analysis solutions using platforms ranging from simple Excel workbooks and small Access databases to larger SQL and Oracle based systems. * Assist in testing and QA of development releases of the Datawatch Monarch Enterprise level report mining solution.
