Responsible for new account development and outside sales to all private clubs, including golf, yacht, social, and country clubs in Northeast US. I was closely involved with development and launch of the private club industry’s first integrated management application using Microsoft .NET and SQL in 2005. Modules include Membership, Accounting, F&B / Retail Point of Sale, Inventory, and Web software products in addition to professional services and hosting solutions.

Responsible for selling ERP software to mid-size manufacturing companies. Focused on batch process manufacturers in coatings, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries, as well as building component and modular housing manufacturers.

Responsible for new account development and existing client upgrade sales to private clubs in CA, AZ, NV, UT.

Supervised and coached a team of telephone sales representatives. Responsible for exceeding team sales goals and developing successful sales representatives. Recruited candidates and assisted in hiring and interview process. Captain’s Club Award recipient 5 times for top sales and hours achiever.
