This also included planning and budgeting for recruitment and team retention strategies.As a founding member I was involved in growing the agency from the ground up to delivering £1m+ profit.Following the sale of the agency to McCann Worldgroup I was responsible for leading the agencies integration within McCann Worldgroup and aligning with IPG business processes.
