Worked directly under the Vice President of Operations assisting in the closing out of Chateau at Bothell Landing, coordinating subs, owner rep, owners, site staff and maintenance personal. Other responsibilities included meeting with potential clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, creating estimates, preconstruction, coordinating workflow between subs, owners, and owners’ reps. Other projects included: Madrona MLK (PE/Assisted Superintendent), The Kenney Phase 1, The Kenney (Estimating Support), Dental Office Greenwood (Estimating Support).
