The support and development of the DVLA's Oracle Identity and Access Management system including OIM, OAM, OBIP, OVD, OID & ODSM.The work involved creating virtual environments to install and configure the Oracle products. Once patching and testing was complete the environments were moved into production for live support.

Build & Release management of applications from development through to production. Also includes the support of 10+ applications through the test environments working with dev, test, users and support teams. Responsibilities also included the diagnosis of network/connection issues, database problems and performance testing. As deputy team leader I was also involved with planning and coordinating large releases with the customer.This work involves the use of tools such as Clearcase, Clearquest, Weblogic, Perl, Shell scripting, OBPM, SOAsuite, IAMS (OVD, OID, OIM & OAM), Apache, ant, Linux, AIX, SQL, Python and WLST.
