• Overseeing daily operations with meticulous attention to detail, leading the customisation and implementation of a new electronic health record system across the group
• Leading total revenue cycle management for the group, more than AU$1.14 billion per annum
• Supervising, coaching, training and mentoring personnel
• Responsible for the restructuring and governance of entire Revenue Cycle Department, providing advice on staff utilisation at hospital level for specific disciplines
• Establishing, implementing, overseeing and auditing effective systems, processes and controls, identifying system inefficiencies and implementing improvement strategies
• Building strong working relationships and effective communication channels with government departments, medical insurers and other key stakeholders, resolving complaints and enquiries

• Managing relationship with medical insurers and third party administrators (TPA), leading cross functional alliances to ensure smooth handovers between departments on major strategic initiatives
• Developing standardised business processes across the group
• Leading total revenue cycle management for the group
• Involved in annual tariff negotiations for Mediclinic Dubai and tariff development to incorporate CPT 4, CDT and HCPCS
• Managing contracts with insurance companies
