Garreth began his Occupational Hygiene & Safety (OHS) career working in the UK as an Asbestos Consultant. Following a move to Western Australia in 2008, Garreth continued in the field of OHS offering a range of services providing OHS solutions to the domestic, government, marine and the resource sector.Garreth has worked on a wide variety of occupation hygiene and asbestos projects for industrial and maritime clients throughout the UK, Australia and S.E. Asia. Core services provided include, complex asbestos surveys and occupational hygiene monitoring programs, implementing management plans to control occupational hygiene issues and supervision of remediation projects.Specialties: Full asbestos management solutions including abatement/remediation systems, airborne fibre monitoring and was accredited NATA Signatory under ISO17025. Currently holding a Class A Asbestos Assessor Licence.Occupational hygiene monitoring programs and consultation for mine sites (CONTAM).Garreth is an approved Department of Mine and Petroleum (DMP) Noise Officer and has conducted occupational noise surveys and noise mapping for marine and mining industry in accordance with WA legislation.
