I created a multi-year business plan to thrust David Taylor Cadillac Buick Pontiac GMC, new and used sales department into an industry leader. I further improved the systematic process by investing in my employees training with a continuous improvement training courses that I designed. I selected the appropriate staffing, selected the web-based CRM company, designed all the department structures/inter-departmental interaction structures, developed a systematic process to increase closing ratio’s and gross profit, developed a marketing diagram to increase leads and website traffic, built their BDC center, trained entire sales staff in internet based automotive sales, responsible for all email templates and processes.
A partner and I were charged with getting the newly founded bar/restaurant to a profitable level. They were having trouble getting off the ground, so we were hired to make it more successful.
