Scale-up of Arrows Up, LLC from 1 fleet to a high +35 fleets in 18 months, generating annualized revenue in excess of $50 million• Lead the project team tasked with building out the Arrows Up service platform to land the company’s largest customer.• Negotiated and closed contracts for +90% of all fleets signed during tenure.• Developed all sales materials, pricing and internal sales processes to ensure deals moved effectively through the funnel.
