My team and I were responsible for helping Orbis Corporation improve their diversity supplier certification program. We looked at many different ways to try and make sure employees learned the importance of diversity suppliers and knew more about what they are. We built a program that included a rewards program for employees that sought out new diverse suppliers as well as making finding diverse suppliers part of the onboarding training process.

My team of 6 members helped MilliporeSigma find solutions to delivery issues they were having at their Sheboygan branch. My team and I worked with the company to and dug through thousands of skews of data and created modules to find potential solutions. We went back and forth from Whitewater to Milwaukee to meet with our supervisor in order to gain more knowledge on the company and process. We presented our findings to the companies employees in December of 2019.
