Job site eyes and ears for the client and project engineers. Primary duties include oversight of inspectors completing on-site audits, ensure fulfillment of the contract by the contractors on-site, as well as job site safety. Constant communication with the client, contractors, and the senior engineering team. I act as the main point of contact between all facets of work management and engineering, compiling and confirming units paid out to contractors daily, using ArcMap system relaying and completing design changes as needed, updating schematics, ensuring team of 5 inspectors are coordinated and organized daily overseeing multiple subcontractors across a 200+ mile set of projects. Currently overseeing two projects for underground fiber optic installation in the Springfield area, as part of the Broadband Internet Connections for Rural America Act. Daily use of Excel, Microsoft office, Teams, ArcMap, Google Earth, Phone, Tablet, and Laptop. Regular on-site visits to check work progression, handle homeowner complaints/confrontation, and pre-construction drive outs. As well as Covering for inspectors when necessary.

Field Representative that completes commercial and private insurance inspections, surveys, and appraisals for Insurance providers and bankings institutions. Working in southern Missouri Region, covering thousands of miles of territory.

Traveled nationwide completing highly varying levels of surveys for commercial use. This included but was not limited to, Product/advertisement placement, Store remodel inspections, Quality control inspections, and new equipment installs. Required constant travel.
