As the Ford and Lincoln Service Customer Survey Administrator my key responsibility was to ensure we as a company did all that was possible to deliver a satisfactory experience for each and every customer. I would call every customer that came through our department, regardless of amount of work they received. I was required to take notes on every customer, and at the end of the week write up a report for each of the department heads to review. In this debriefing I was required to bring each issue I encountered to the attention of the proper department head. Along with the negatives, I would relay the positive marks from the customer, which would revile what was working and what needed to be changed.

As the head lot attendant I was in charge of organizing the entire lot. (over 500 cars) I was required to have knowledge on where a specific vehicle was located. Along with that I was in charge of maintaining and organizing each sets of keys for every vehicle.
