Assist with providing data driven approaches to address a spectrum of risk factors including IT risk, financial risk, operational risk and performance improvement opportunities for clients. Conduct research, assist with risk analysis, and help with quantitative and qualitative analysis through a variety of data analytic tools and techniques. Assist with data flow process mapping and analytical reviews of client business processes, transactions and systems. My time spent working at the Benton H. Wilcoxon Municipal Ice Complex taught me most about work flow, collaboration, and customer service. I became equipped to more adequately handle a fast paced work environment and manage resources through my experiences juggling front desk responsibilities simultaneously with kitchen duties during busy periods. This enabled me to quickly adapt to sudden changes in schedule and respond to unexpected events. In these same busy periods I learned the value of collaboration with fellow employees and delegation of responsibilities to improve productivity and efficiency of my work. I gained hands-on experience in training a new employee as well, from this I reaffirmed my own expertise and practiced passing my own knowledge down to a trainee. But ultimately what is most important that I refined was outstanding customer service. By following the example of senior managers I learned how to best handle unexpected events or accidents while maintaining composure and professionalism. My experiences are applicable in any workplace fast paced and taught me how to be a more well rounded individual.

In my time working at Southern Adventures I became familiar with the importance of following procedure in order to ensure an efficient flow of customers simultaneously with excellent customer satisfaction. Through my own training I was put directly into the action from day one where I shadowed more senior employees to learn my duties as quickly as possible. I soon became responsible to open and close the facilities during my respective shift by following the policies and procedures necessary to have the facility prepared for customers upon arrival. Not only did I prepare the facilities for customers but I ensured they were safe and satisfied with their time spent on the premises. Through collaboration with my fellow employees I was able to maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for customers.
